1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

A 20% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 80% payment must be paid on the event day after completion of the event. Verbal, tentative, or pencil bookings over the phone will not be considered as confirmed. A booking will only be secured once the required advance payment has been received.

2. Session Timing & Additional Hours

The Day Session generally runs from 12:00/12:30 PM to 5:00/5:30 PM, while the Evening Session generally runs from 6:00/6:30 PM to 11:00 PM/11:30 PM.

Any additional working hours beyond the agreed session duration will be subject to an additional charge of BDT 2,000/4,000 per hour, depending on the package and requirements.

3. Client Presence & Venue Preparation

To ensure the best possible outcome, clients are requested to be present at the venue according to the pre-planned schedule. The stage, venue, and other designated areas should have proper decoration and adequate lighting. Chitro Lota will not be held responsible for limitations in the final output resulting from inadequate venue preparation, lighting, decoration, or changes from the agreed schedule.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Event dates may be rescheduled without any additional charge, subject to the availability of Chitro Lota.

For cancellations made at least one month before the scheduled event date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total package value will be applicable.

If a cancellation is made less than one month before the event date, the advance payment will be non-refundable. However, the paid amount may be adjusted against another service from Chitro Lota, subject to mutual agreement and company availability.

5. Photography & Video Content Usage

Chitro Lota reserves the right to use selected photography and videography content captured during an event for portfolio, promotional, advertising, social media, website, and other brand-related purposes.

Clients who wish to obtain exclusive copyright of the delivered coverage content and restrict its use for any form of brand promotion may do so by paying an additional BDT 2,000/5000 per shoot, subject to the applicable company policy.

6. Coverage Outside Dhaka City

For events held in areas outside Dhaka City, including but not limited to Narayanganj, Savar, and Gazipur, an additional BDT 10,000 travel and coverage charge will be applicable to any package.

7. Extension of Coverage Time

If additional coverage time is required beyond the agreed schedule, an additional charge of BDT 2,000–3,000 may apply, depending on the selected package, duration, and service requirements.

8. Company Policy

Our pricing, services, terms, and working procedures are based on the policies of Chitro Lota. We kindly request our clients to consider our services and policies independently, as they may differ from those of other photography and cinematography companies.
